The Dahlia Experience: JH Farmer Florist Series: Thursday Evening Sunset – September 7, 5-7:30 PM

Walk the fields with farm owner and flower grower, Julie Harrison as she shares her knowledge of growing thousands of dahlias from tubers to full blooms.

Engage in hands-on floral design in the field as Jenni Haffner shows you how to design with local blooms and take home a gorgeous farm arrangement of your own.

Enjoy a September evening on the farm with light catering. Take photos in front of the flower truck or in the fields. Experience the joy of an authentic field-to-vase event.

Your ticket includes:

• Al fresco design course working with local farm blooms led by event florist, Jenni of Barn Door Blooms.
• Unique selection of freshly picked dahlias and farm flowers to create a lush arrangement.
• Vase, all materials, supplies, and tools will be supplied.
• Photo opportunities in front of the farm’s flower truck and in the dahlia fields.
• 2.5 hour experience learning and designing at the farm.
• Light catering will be served though out the event.
